Dukkha crusted Chicken Breast on sweet potato rosti with an avocado puree finished with Turkish figs and Walnuts

Oven Baked Salmon fillet marinated in sweet soy served on a bed of jasmine rice and baby bok choy with a wasabi and pea puree

Mediterranean Risotto – olives, roasted capsicum, semi dried tomatoes, wild mushrooms and Spanish onion gently infused with our own house roasted tomato sauce  (v)
