We offer group and individual lessons on course, within our outdoor practice facilities and within our trackman simulator bays, from new-to-golf rookies, to juniors and intermediates, and through to scratch-players.
Whether you’re taking your first steps into golf or wanting to sharpen your swing or shave a few points off your handicap, our friendly PGA Professionals staff can assist you.
Coaching is available every day of the week with PGA Professionals, Kieran Moran, Tom Ballard, Mitchell Ballard , Brad Heffernan and Jake Kable.
We also offer lesson vouchers from the pro-shop for loved ones who would benefit from professional tuition.

Junior development
Junior development is a focus of ours at Gosford Golf Club and we welcome all youngsters keen to get into the game or develop their skills. The aim of the junior program is to develop a love of the game and commitment to their home club in budding young golfers and to encourage them to further their skills as they grow as members of our club.
Our PGA Professional staff run regular weekly lessons through the school term and holiday clinics over consecutive days during school breaks.
Ladies
Our dedicated ladies’ rookies program provides an enjoyable pathway into golf, beginning with an introduction to golf, and then extending those wanting to continue out into more formal practise and playing. The format of our rookie’s program is casual and social and runs for a set period of four to six weeks.

ParaGolf
Gosford Golf Club is proud to have a ParaGolfer, an all-terrain wheelchair that raises the user into a standing position, to allow a more conventional golf swing.
The ParaGolfer is able to access most areas of the golf course. Its low-pressure tyres and wide stance allow it to be used on all areas of the golf course (including greens and appropriately designed bunkers), and on the driving range and practice area.
Thanks to Central Coast Council, The Rotary Club of Gosford and Empower Golf for assisting with financial support required for us to have the ParaGolfer.
